Campus House of Prayer - April

Beginning Friday, April 5, join us weekly on Fridays for our Campus House of Prayer Transform service.  You'll enjoy this new format and expect to find the same powerful presence of God.  Our Transform service will be held at 561 S. Prescott at Southern, just 2 blocks west of the University of Memphis campus.  We frequently feature gifted guest speakers, prayer leaders and  worship leaders.  As always, come expecting awesome worship, powerful prayer, and a word from God!

Daniel 1:4

Daniel 1:3-4 (NIV)

³ Then the king ordered Ashpenaz, chief of his court officials, to bring into the king’s service some of the Israelites from the royal family and the nobility— ⁴ young men without any physical defect, handsome, showing aptitude for every kind of learning, well informed, quick to understand, and qualified to serve in the king’s palace. He was to teach them the language and literature of the Babylonians.

Daniel was a wise, enduring prophet who served the Most High God under Babylonian exile.  Daniel gained the respect of the heathen king and even caused the King to acknowledge Jehovah as God Most High.  I encourage you to take on the aspects of Daniel and the 3 Hebrews take captive with him:

1. I'm Attractive - I look good from the Inside Out - Christ in me, the Hope of Glory!
2.  I'm Smart - I have Godly understanding, wisdom, and knowledge of necessary things!
3.  I'm Qualified to Serve the King - I have a servant's heart and can be trusted to serve!
4.  I Understand Culture - I impact the culture with the Kingdom!

Make this your daily confession!  Sometimes we have to convince ourselves that we are who God says we are, so confess daily:  I'm Attractive, I'm Smart, I'm Qualified, I Understand!
